Apart from these key benefits, cost savings of up to 20% can be achieved. In addition to the uninterrupted integration into all leading CRM and ERP systems (incl. Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP), the FLS MOBILE solution is also interlinked with FLS VISITOUR in real-time, ensuring that real-time transmission of status feedbacks can be permanently adjusted to the actual conditions. All additional information and documents, such as order /customer reports, photos, spare part management, are exchanged via synchronization between the office team and field staff. This enables a fully digitalized imaging of the service process.
